Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using erebus.wtf (the "Site"), operated by Erebus ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide downloadable software products, delivered via license key, for personal use on devices you own or control. Some products are sold on a subscription/time-limited basis. Status labels on the Site (e.g., "Updating") are informational and updated at our discretion.
Service availability. Products may become temporarily unavailable due to updates to third-party applications or other factors outside our control ("Updating" status). When this happens, we pause the affected subscription and add the downtime to your license at no extra charge. We don't guarantee a specific resolution time.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software for personal, non-commercial use during the applicable license period. You may not:
Important. Our products are designed to interact with third-party software/applications. Using them may violate the End User License Agreement (EULA) or Terms of Service of those third parties, which can result in consequences including suspension or termination of your account on that platform.
We make no guarantee that any product is, or will remain, undetected by anti-cheat or similar systems. You use our products entirely at your own risk. We recommend not using any account you're unwilling to lose. We are not responsible for, and will not compensate you for, any action a third-party platform takes against your account.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Payments are processed by third-party payment processor(s); we never store full card details. You're responsible for any applicable taxes.
Funds in your customer balance (if applicable) are non-transferable, have no cash value, do not expire unless stated otherwise, and may only be applied toward purchases on the Site.
If you join our affiliate program, you agree to promote the Site honestly and in compliance with applicable advertising laws and platform rules (including disclosure requirements, e.g. FTC guidelines). We may withhold or reclaim commissions earned through fraud, self-referrals, or spam, and may suspend or terminate your participation at any time.
By submitting feedback, reviews, or "vouches," you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and reuse that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. We may remove or decline to publish any submission at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site, without refund, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or filed a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support channels.
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL REMAIN UNDETECTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EREBUS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, OR LOST PROFITS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE [3/6] MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Erebus and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
